Teams

The best teams to work with are the ones that are motivated by something beyond themselves. I try to build teams that are mindful, compassionate, and genuinely interested. I try to avoid pretentiousness in the teams. But even a stoic who eschews all embellishments is still a little pretentious. So you've got to be fluid with the team identity. As long as they know that you have their back, and that'll you do anything for them, things tend to work out.
